Wiring for evaporator fan and thermostat on Vendo machine

I had an issue with a compressor on a Vendo 407 machine that needs to be replaced. I purchased a new compressor, but it's different from the old compressor and supposedly should work with majority of Vendo machines. Now Im not sure how to connect the thermostat and evap fan.

First two photos are the new compressor. All it has is a power plug. The evap fan is the current one in the machine. Last photo is of the old compressor. It has wiring for the thermostat and evap fan. So how would I power these two components with the new compressor?

Any help is appreciated.

I ended up reusing the old

I ended up reusing the old wiring (last photo). Machine is back up and running.
