Vendo 511 not dropping bottles after 2 are bought

I have a Vendo 511. Everything works great except for one slot. I have 16oz bottles of tea in this slot. It says that this item is sold out, but it is not. About 2 minutes after I opened the machine, the gauge bar turned and loaded 2 more teas. I closed the machine and bought 2 teas without a problem, but it did not load the next 2. While I was filling the machine with pop cans, about 10 minutes later, the next 2 teas loaded into the gauge bar. I have had tea in this slot for about a year and have never had a problem until now. I hope someone knows what it could be... do I have a bad switch? Maybe a bad motor? Please help! I really appreciate it!! Thanks!
