Time delay relay

I have a 70's Selectivend sv170. The previous owner hacked up the wiring harnes in order to free vend. I am close to completing the rebuild. However, the time delay relay is fried. I did replace the credit relay but have had no luck in finding a replacement delay relay. Can someone point in a direction to find a replacement. If I cant find a replacement, is there a way to free vend by bypassing the relays? Thanks in advance
