Seaga N2G4000 -4 beverage lanes not vending

Hi - can’t seem to figure out why 4 of 7 lanes won’t vend cans. Converted all to vend cans by replacing bottle cams with can cams. Adjusted shims and spacers. All looks good but when I try to vend I hear a long beep and the display says make another selection. Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix? Thanks
