Office Deli Combo Vends Snacks, No Drinks. HELP!

Everytime I try and buy a drink from my machine it shows "--" then displays Err 07. I have experience with machines but this one is baffling. I've traced all wires and all are making good connection to the motors.

Even replaced the circuit board but still says the same thing.
Any help is appreciated.

Does the logic board provide the motor count correctly? Can you

test vend the soda selections through the logic board? If the motor count is off by the number of soda motors AND you can't test them through the logic board then you have a harness problem between the snack and soda cabinets. Trace the harness in both directions (from the logic board and from the soda cabinet) and see if the harness is pinched, damaged or disconnected somewhere between the cabinets. The machines are shipped in separate boxes and the machine has to be initially assembled to make it complete and that harness may be pinched or otherwise damaged from that.
