Error message

My vendor does not register SOLD OUT

HI

I have a problem with my Coke Machine from Royal Vendors Model "RVCCR-804-13" With 20 PLUS 4 button programming.

When I fill up all the slots, anything looks to work fine.
But when one of the slots get emty, the machine does not registere it and the SOLD OUT lamp does not light up for the out solded product.

If you then put in some money, the machine will take the money, but nothing comes out because its emty.

When i go into the VEND test program i can control them my manual.
When i do that, I leave some slots emty and some other filled up with cans.

Then i go into the SO program "SOLD OUT PROGRAM" to test that the machine can see whats fill and whats emty, there is NO PROBLEMS.

The Machine can actually se whats sold out and whats fill in the TEST program. But when i start the machine up i SALE mode, it just cant.

What can i DO?

It sounds like you have messed up the space-to-sales

settings in the programming. The machine doesn't have a "sold out program" that will show you columns it thinks are sold out. The machine will also erase any memory of sold out columns when you close the door which pushes the door switch in. Download this manual from Royal and read through the STS settings so that you can make sure all of your columns are assigned to a button on the door. Any button with no column assigned to it will show "sold out" when that button is pressed.
