my machine is running but empty.No change in changer and no bills in box.My problem is now is that the sold out lights stay on even if I hold down the sold out flap.The dollar bill box will not stay lit.I wasn't sure if the coin box needs coins in it to work or not.It happened when we moved the machine over 3ft
1. Changers will not work empty, they must have change (1/2 full).
2. Validators will not work without a working changer.
3. How are you holding down the sold out paddles & closing the door at the same time? After you load the change in changer, try loading soda in a column 1, enough to keep the paddles down, and close door, wait 1 minute. Then see if sold out light is out on selection 1. If not then you have a more serious problem.
