Compressor not running

I bought a new cooling deck for my soda machine. The condensor fan and compressor both run when plugged into the wall outlet directly but won't work when plugged into the machines wiring harness. The wiring harness is new and works just fine to run the thermostat. The wall outlet is a 30amp circuit breaker with nothing else plug into it. Any idea why I might be having this problem?

From what you said the first thing I would check is the thermostat. Turn it all the way off then slowly turn it up until you here the compressor turn on. If it does not turn on and run then either your thermostat is bad or possibly it's wiring is bad or disconnected.
