Bill Acceptor Problem

In the pic is the bill receiver that I have. The problem is number 4 "cross channel blocked". How do I unblock it?

Please tell me the model number of the MEI acceptor, it should be on the side of it, on a label.
Also if you can tell me the make and model of your machine, that would be helpful.
