So I have an old Coinco CBA2 Bill Acceptor which isn't quite working right. It senses the bill and tries to take it in, but then stops maybe when the bill is 1/3 of the way in.
Do I need to clean some sensors? New Belts?

that is more current like a Coinco Mag series validator. All of the metal validators are at least 20 years old now and many of their hard parts are no longer available new. This causes many of those metal validators to be repaired with used parts from other old validators. Repairing an old metal validator is no guarantee that you won't have a different problem with it later. You're much better off using current technology for higher bill acceptance, higher reliability and bill security reasons.
If you could email me the model of machine that your CBA is in I can tell you what it will take to upgrade it.
