Rowe 6800 issue

Hello. I have a Rowe that I am having issues with. I have slots that aren't continuously working correctly. I get the price set and close the door and everything works fine. I get a call from my location and the machine took money but didn't vend. I get there and the slot isn't working. Only says choose another item. I set the price again and everything works for a minute and then stops once again. It is a new account and they and I are frustrated. Any help? Thanks in advance...

Rowe 6800 selection keeps saying "make another selection"

Since it is temporarily fixed when you reset the price on the machine it sounds like it is a controller board (PC board) problem. I would change the battery on the controller board.
