N2G4000 - SEAGA Machine - Displays says "Locked Out"

I purchased a used combo vending machine a SEAGA Naturals2GO N2G4000. The manual i was given doesnt help. I have everything programmed like coins, date and have some drinks and snacks loaded. But when exit out of service mode or turn it on. The screen flashes "date and Locked out"

How do i remove the locked out mode and put the machine to work.

I only got the machine to keep my customer happy while they wait on their cars.

Please help
