This machine keeps tripping my circuit breaker and then is unuseable. I began removing plugs from the circuit board to find the issue. I noticed that once I unplugged the coin mech connector breaker did not trip after powering up. So I replaced the coin mech and worked fine for a couple of days. Now the same problem again circuit breaker tripped. Is it common for motherboards to short internally on this model? I am new to the vending business trying to fix what I can by myself. If you know of any common issues with this machine or have experienced this yourself? I would appreciate any advice on this issue. Thank you and have a good day!!

rlvend33,
I don't know how common an issue it is, but I had a USI 3054 Lance snack machine with the same problem, a short causing the motherboard to short out and erasing all the prices, it would keep working sometimes but the selections would have random crazy prices ($7.45 for Doritos!). The location was not happy. I finally just replaced their machine with an AP.
If you find a source for motherboards for these old USI's let me know, I might just try a replacement once.
