Help with Necta Colibri Instant

Hi, I bought this vending machine a few months back and initially it worked great then it stopped dispensing chocolate - it appears the motor motor doesn't turn when it should do to put the powder dose in but I've swapped the motors and it's exactly the same... any ideas?
