Crane National 637 Hot Drink Center

Just acquired a refurbished Crane 637and have it ready to go on location. We are not happy with the amount of whitener it puts in the coffee and the French Vanilla and English Toffee drinks could be a little richer. Can anyone give us any ideas how to make the machine add more product to the cup. Crane support will not give support because the machine is now older than 5 years. The manual we have is not to helpful. We have tried to find a programmers manual online but the ones we get do not address this issue.

The product adjustments you want is controlled thru programming the machine: 'Product Configurations' > 'Set product throws', 'Set lightener throws', etc.
Our programming manual here on our website does address this issue. The operations manual is here, the programming section starts on page 21 with the basics and setting the different throws is covered in a flowchart on page 26.
